You are only charged for your dog's walking time. Time spent travelling to and from the walk, collecting or dropping off your dog, and any rest breaks are not included in the charge.

Walk time begins when we enter the park (or walking location) and ends when we leave.

Please note that, due to logistics and travel times, shorter walks may not always be available for dogs based in Hackney.
